At Captain's Clothing, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 14:00 SAST may be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times (South Africa)
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa via our courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Orders above R1,000 qualify for free standard shipping (mainland South Africa only).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
5. Important Notes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete (including complex name, gate code, or security details if applicable). We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
If a delivery is unsuccessful (e.g. no one at the address or security restrictions), the courier will leave a card or attempt redelivery. Additional redelivery fees may apply.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once handed over to the courier. However, we will assist with any claims.
